Terms of service

Workbench is a product of Eastlink LLC. These terms cover the use of Workbench and of this website. By using Workbench you agree to them.

Who these terms are for

Workbench is for businesses. A business owner, and the staff the owner adds, may use it. You must be at least 16 years old to use Workbench.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Give us correct information about yourself and your business.
  • You decide which accounts to connect to Workbench. You can disconnect them at any time in Settings.

What you may do

  • Use Workbench for your own business, and follow the law.
  • Do not use Workbench to send spam or to harm other people.
  • Do not try to break, copy or get around the security of Workbench.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. Workbench uses it to do the work you set up. Read our Privacy policy to see what we collect and why. To delete your data, see Data deletion.

The assistant

Workbench uses AI to draft replies and do routine work. The owner sets the rules and approves what is sent, unless the owner turns on automatic actions. Check the work of the assistant. You are responsible for what your business sends.

Text messages

  • Program name: Workbench text messages.
  • Sender: Workbench, a product of Eastlink LLC.
  • What we send:alerts about your business (such as new orders or claims), questions that need an answer with reply codes (such as "Y12 to approve"), and a confirmation when a phone is linked. We send these only to business owners and their staff who use Workbench. We do not send marketing texts.
  • How you agree:in Workbench, open Settings, then Me, then "Text me here". Text "LINK" and the code shown to our number. See the Text messages page for the full consent text and sample messages.
  • Consent is optional. It is not a condition of using Workbench.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • HELP and STOP: reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to stop. Reply START to get texts again.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy policy.

Changes to the service

We may change or stop parts of Workbench. We tell businesses about important changes. You may stop using Workbench at any time.

Liability

Workbench is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Eastlink LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from the use of Workbench. These terms do not remove any right that the law gives you.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If you keep using Workbench after a change, you accept the new terms.
