The phone is ringing and the inbox is filling up.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning and general contractors live on quote requests, reschedules and supplier invoices, and most of it arrives while you’re on a roof or under a sink. Workbench handles the office work while you’re on the job.
It learns your customers as it goes, so a reply to someone who has booked you twice reads that way.

Several people, several mailboxes, one list of work.
A small firm has info@, the partners’ own mailboxes and a bookkeeper who needs every bill. Workbench watches all of them, sends each question to the person it belongs to, and keeps private mailboxes private.
A mailbox can be shared or private. A private one is visible only to the people it’s assigned to, and the owner can’t see it.

A members-only drop, without counting comments by hand.
Boutiques and resellers post items in a private Facebook group and members comment to claim them, which means someone scrolls through comments to see who was first and who still hasn’t paid. Facebook doesn’t let apps read those group comments. So Workbench runs a small members-only store: the group post links to the item, members claim it there, and it keeps the queue.
Members sign in to the store with their name and phone number. The group stays the place you announce drops.
